There are thousands of energy paths in and around the body, know as chakras. The main chakras are from the crown chakra on top of your head or slightly above through the soles of your feet or sightly below. I can be balanced and open, or it can be closed. Reiki can open and balance the chakras. A Reiki session entails a energy healing technique with either hands on or hovering over a fully clothed client either laying down on a massage table or upright sitting in a chair. Benefits: The goal is to leave feeling a sense of calm, reduces stress or tension, supports emotional healing, improves sleep, and boosts overall well-being. What to expect: Many experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, though it is normal to feel nothing at all. Aftercare: Drink plenty of water as you may feel deeply relaxed and possibly lightheaded. Note for Beginners: You may experience unexpected emotional releases (like tears or laughter) or simply fall asleep, both of which are normal and indicate the release of stress. It is not a substitute for conventional medical care but is a safe, complementary, and noninvasive experience.
